Bottle Assault at Clayton Cafe Results in Charges

A Ladue man has been charged with assault and armed criminal action after police say he threw a bottle and hit another man in the head.

Clayton Park, 25, of the 8800 block of Old Warson Road, was arguing with another man at the bar at about 12:10 a.m. Saturday in Café Napoli, 7754 Forsyth Blvd. in Clayton, according to a Clayton Police Department report. He then is suspected of having thrown a bottle that hit the victim in the head, causing a "brain bleed."

Park posted a $10,000 cash bond.
