Man Exposed Himself Via Webcam to Undercover Officer, Police Say
St. Louis County Police said the Illinois man had a 2007 conviction on child pornography.
An Illinois man exposed his genitals on a webcam to a St. Louis County undercover officer, believing the officer to be a 14-year-old girl, police said.
Michael Schuette, 27, of New Douglas, IL, was charged Nov. 26 with sexual misconduct involving a child as a second offense. Police said Schuette has a 2007 conviction in Madison County, IL for possessing child pornography.
St. Louis County Police said Schuette masturbated on webcam June 11, believing he was communicating via webcam with a 14-year-old girl. The undercover officer was at St. Louis County Police headquarters at 7900 Forsyth in Clayton.

Bail was set at $10,000 for Schuette.
