Suppose your 13-year-old is putting on weight. You've discussed the possibility of bringing a sack lunch as opposed to buying food from the cafeteria, but your child says no.
You know that the daily cafeteria fare includes pizza and french fries, and you suspect your child is purchasing those items regularly.
