Nelly Lawsuit Involves Clayton Buildings

At issue are two pieces of property on North Meramec Avenue, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

A lawsuit claims that rap artist Nelly, former St. Louis Rams football player Marshall Faulk and two other people owe money because a loan transaction involving property went awry, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

Quoting from the Post-Dispatch article:

"The suit alleges that the four, doing business as North Meramec Investors, borrowed about $1.67 million in 2004 and put up the two Clayton properties as collateral."
