More parking, better traffic flow and other infrastructure improvements are a part of major overhaul at Colonial Marketplace in Clayton, the <a href="http://www.bizjournals.com/stlouis/blog/2012/12/desco-to-connect-colonial-marketplace.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">St. Louis Business Journal</a> reported on Thursday. The property, which is located in the 8800 block of Maryland Avenue, is owned by development company DESCO Group.
