New Businesses, Road Improvements Coming to Colonial Marketplace
Remodeling of the shopping center in Clayton is scheduled to finish in three months, the St. Louis Business Journal reported on Thursday.

More parking, better traffic flow and other infrastructure improvements are a part of major overhaul at Colonial Marketplace in Clayton, the St. Louis Business Journal reported on Thursday.
The property, which is located in the 8800 block of Maryland Avenue, is owned by development company DESCO Group. A developer with DESCO previously announced that Blown Away, Dominic Michael Hair Salon, Ivy Hill Boutique and Cini Italian restaurant all signed leases at the space.
In addition to detailing the property upgrades, the St. Louis Business Journal article also lists a few other businesses that have signed leases at the shopping center.
