New Shopping Center on Maryland Ave.
A center in the 8800 block of Maryland Ave. is being rehabbed.
The remodel has started at the shopping center in the 8800 block of Maryland Ave. in Clayton.
The owners hope to have it done in February, with new tenants moving in.
The center will have new storefronts, roofs, parking lot, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical, according to Mike Anthon, with the Desco Group.
