Clayton Smoking Ban Includes Parks, Court Said

A smoker was told last week by the courts that he is not allowed to enjoy his cigars in Clayton parks, according to the Riverfront Times. The Clayton smoking ban covers the parks.

"The federal Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Clayton resident Arthur Gallagher last Thursday in his quest to overturn that city's ban on smoking in public parks."
