Nuisance Nightmare: House Yields 23 Complaints in Two Years
The most recent incident happened this summer, police said.

A city prosecutor has been notified about a house that has yielded 23 nuisance calls in the past two years, the Richmond Heights Police Department reported.
The residence is located in the 1500 block of Collins Avenue.
The latest incident happened June 29, when officers responded to a report of people yelling in the street. Several people tried to leave in a vehicle and were detained, while one person fled to the home in question and refused to return at the request of officers.

Police let the others go after they determined they were not wanted, then contacted the homeowner and her 17-year-old son, who had fled inside.
The mother became combative and belligerent, police said. She forced her son back inside the home and refused further contact with officials.
