Permit for QuikTrip, Yearly Tax Levy Before Richmond Heights Council

The City Council meets Monday night.

The Richmond Heights City Council is slated to meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16. 

Items on the agenda include:

Public Hearing

  • Bill No. 5380 — Levies and establishes the rate of annual taxes for municipal purposes to be collected in the year 2013. 
  • Bill No. 5381 — Levies and establishes the rate of annual taxes for Library purposes to be collected in the year 2013. 
  • Bill No. 5382 — Levies and establishes the rate of annual taxes for Police and Firemen Retirement Fund to be collected in the year 2013. 
City Manager's Report
  • Conditional Use Permit 2013-05 — QuikTrip, 1503 S. Hanley Rd.
Old Business

  •  Bill No. 5379 — Approves Redevelopment Agreement in connection with the Hadley Township South Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Plan and the Hadley Township Redevelopment Plan. (Second reading)
New Business 
  • A. Bill No. 5380 — Levies and establishes the rate of annual taxes for municipal purposes to be collected in the year 2013. 
  • Bill No. 5381 — Levies and establishes the rate of annual taxes for Library purposes to be collected in the year 2013. 
  • Bill No. 5382 — Levies and establishes the rate of annual taxes for Police and Firemen Retirement Fund to be collected in the year 2013. 
Resolutions
  • Resolution No. 13-09 — Appoints Barbara Summers to office as an alternate member of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals to a term ending Sept. 1, 2016.
