Options for customers include full-time offices and virtual work environments: If a New York company wants a St. Louis presence, it can hire Regus to answer the phones there and host a mailing address. Its offices also feature a business lounge with Wi-Fi and coffee.

Regus began in 1989 in Brussels, Belgium, after founder Mark Dixon opted to rent an office instead of continuing to work in a coffee shop, Greenberg said.
The company's three other St. Louis offices are located at CityPlace Center, Westport Plaza and Chesterfield.
