Reckless Stroller-Pushing Doesn't Faze Baby

I visited Richmond Heights on Saturday and learned some valuable lessons about offensive driving: Our baby enjoys it, my wife not so much.

Pushing the stroller proved to be a bad idea.

Julie and I visited the on Saturday with our friend Mary, who was in town from Columbia, MO.

It seemed like a good opportunity to let the dad (read: me) do something useful. But after repeatedly running into racks of clothing with the contraption, I had to question myself.

Should I really be driving?

Thankfully, no damage resulted.

Micah bumped along in his stroller throughout the day, seemingly amused by bright colors and and movement.

As we left the mall, I took the bold step of popping a wheelie over an inch-high curb into the parking lot.

Julie wasn't amused, even after I explained that there really wasn't too big a gap from the top of the sidewalk to the top of the asphalt.

And Micah? Well, he hasn't fully grasped the fact that I apparently—to use a grocery-store analogy—treat him more like a durable chunk of beef than a fragile carton of eggs.

I think we're still on babbling terms.
