Retirement Planned by Richmond Heights Police Chief

Chief Rick Vilcek of the will retire in early January after nearly 43 years with the department, the city's Community Update newsletter reported this week.

Quoting from the Community Update:

"Chief Vilcek began his career with the RHPD in March 1969. His career included assignments in the patrol division, the detective bureau and was a member of the St. Louis Area Major Case Squad."
