RH Police Blotter: Resident Reports Identity Theft
Richmond Heights Police dealt with several thefts at the Galleria and other crime between March 27-30.

The following information was supplied by the Richmond Heights Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, March 27
- An officer conducted a theft inquiry on lost and found items at The Heights discovering that a watch was reported stolen out of Oklahoma City. The officer made arrangements for the watch’s return.
- Victim reported that she left her iPhone at Maggiano’s on March 10. When she returned to Maggiano’s it was gone.
- A subject known to store employees stole a purse from The Coach Store and made good her escape. Investigation is ongoing.
- Victim reported losing her iPhone at the H&M store. She later was able to track its use to the Delmar Loop area. Investigation failed to locate the phone.

- Officers responded to Dillard’s where security detained two subjects for stealing $74.95 in merchandise. The subjects were arrested and later released on municipal court summonses.
Friday, March 29
- Victim reported that he received a low credit rating when refinancing his home. He learned that person(s) unknown used his identity to establish cable service at a residence in Massachusetts in 2012.
Saturday, March 30

- A shoplifter known to security at Macy's stole $1,644 in merchandise. The suspect was positively identified and is currently being sought for this crime.
- Officers responded to Nordstrom where security detained a subject for stealing $254 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and later released on a muni court summons.
- Officers arrested a known trespasser at the Saint Louis Galleria after she was identified by security for involvement in a minor disturbance. The subject was arrested and held on a municipal warrant application.
