Richmond Heights Man Downloaded Child Porn: Charges
The man allegedly used peer-to-peer filesharing software to download images of adults molesting children.

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, MO — Clyde A. Spann, a 31-year-old Richmond Heights man, was charged Tuesday with two counts of promoting child pornography, the Post-Dispatch reports. Charging documents indicate he used peer-to-peer file-sharing software to download videos of adults molesting children in August 2016.
No attorney was listed for Spann. His bond is set at $50,000.
As in every case, charges are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.
