Richmond Heights Police dealt with several thefts at the Galleria and other crime between March 13-19..

Wednesday, March 13
- Officers responded to Schnucks where security had detained a subject for stealing $104.88 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and later released on a municipal court summons.
- Victim reported that person(s) unknown entered his apartment in the 1300 block of Hawthorne through an unlocked door and stole several video game systems.

- Officers responded to Dillard’s where security had detained a subject for stealing $215 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and held for a municipal warrant application.
Friday, March 15
- An officer conducting a traffic stop at I-170 and Galleria Parkway arrested the driver for outstanding warrants. A search incident to arrest resulted in the driver being in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested, issued municipal court summons and released to another authority.

- Apple contacted security to have a customer removed for using excessive profanity. Security contacted the subject who cursed at them and spit on them. The subject was arrested and held for a municipal warrant application.
Sunday, March 17
- Victim reported that person(s) unknown entered his apartment in the 7500 block of Hoover through an unlocked window and stole jewelry, cameras and a credit card.
- Victim reported that his wallet was stolen while he was a patient at SSM St. Mary's Health Center. The wallet contained prescription documents.
Monday, March 18
- Officers responded to Dillard’s where security had detained a subject for stealing $200 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and later released on a state warrant application.
- Officers responded to Dillard’s where security had detained a subject for stealing $78 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and held on a municipal warrant application.
Tuesday, March 19
- Officers responded to the lot of Telle Tire for a suspicious person looking around with a flash light. Investigation revealed the subject to be in possession of marijuana. The subject was arrested and later released on a state warrant application.
- Victim stated that person(s) unknown broke into his vehicle overnight while it was parked in front of his residence in the 1100 block of Claytonia. A GPS device and sunglasses were taken.
- Officers responded to Macy’s where security had detained a juvenile for stealing $162 in merchandise. The subject was arrested and later released to a parent.
- A traffic stop for speeding at I-64 and Hanley resulted in the driver being arrested for DWI. The driver was arrested and later released on municipal court summonses.
