Richmond Heights Senior Community Acquired by Ohio Company
Sunrise on Clayton is one of 20 living communities that Health Care REIT Inc. will now own, the St. Louis Business Journal reported.
The parent company of senior living community in Richmond Heights will be acquired by an Ohio business, the St. Louis Business Journal reported.
Quoting from the Business Journal article:
"As part of the deal, Toledo, Ohio-based Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN) will acquire Sunrise's 20 senior housing communities and its interest in joint ventures that own 105 senior housing communities."
