Rick Zweifel Promoted to Major with Richmond Heights Police Department

Rick Zweifel received recognition Monday night for his recent promotion to the position of major with the .

He took part in a pinning ceremony at as Mayor James Beck and City Council looked on. Zweifel became major in April, an online history of the department states.

Zweifel has been employed with the police department since 1979 and previously served as captain of the field operations division. That division includes three patrol squads and police operations at the and The Boulevard-Saint Louis.
