Sunday, April 1
A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at , 6600 Clayton Rd. He was being held until the city's prosecutor could review the case.
A 2001 Dodge Caravan stolen two days earlier in St. Louis was found parked on the side of the road in the 1200 block of Sunset Avenue. The investigation has been turned over to the St. Louis city police department.
Monday, April 2
iPhones with a collective value of more than $12,000 were stolen from the kiosk at the . An investigation found that the perpetrator used keys hidden in the kiosk to open the locked storage cabinet in which they had been held. The case has been referred to the detective bureau.
Two women were arrested on suspicion of stealing several pieces of clothing collectively worth more than $500 from , 1550 Saint Louis Galleria. Macy's security officers said they watched the women put the clothing into shopping bags and then leave the store without paying. Officials had been watching them using security cameras. They were arrested before leaving the mall.
Tuesday, April 3
A driver was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident and received multiple traffic citations in connection with an incident in the 7200 block of Dale Avenue. Police said the driver hit a vehicle parked on the street. Two people identified the striking vehicle as parked in the 1400 block of Yale Avenue, and police later identified its driver.
