
The Richmond Heights City Council will review a contract for the construction of Veterans Memorial Gazebo at The Heights tonight.
The Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at Richmond Heights City Hall.
The city held a groundbreaking ceremony for the gazebo before Memorial Day.
Other items on the agenda include:
- Agreement with RHM Hotel Richmond Heights toAssume installation & maintenance responsibilities of fence on MoDot ROW.
- Bill 5367 — Amends Ord. No. 4788, the Municipal Code, Chapter 600, Alcoholic Beverages regarding Liquor Control.
- Bill 5368 — Provides for the levy and imposition of a fee of $39 to be collected annually by St. Louis County; to be used only for the cost of certain repairs of defective sewer lateral service lines in the City of Richmond Heights and authorizes such expenditures for these certain repairs from this special trust fund.
- Bill 5369 — Authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement between MoDOT and the City of Richmond Heights, MO for maintenance of a section of the MoDOT ROW just east of Hilton Homewood Suites & west of I-170 to install a fence.
- Resolution 13-06 — Authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement with the City of Richmond Heights, MO, SSM Health Care St. Louis (SSM St. Mary’s Health Center) and Clayton Emergency Group LLC, to provide services which Help Establish & Maintain Quality Life Support to the Community.
