A 7-year-old girl was accidentally shot in the leg in a West County home Thursday evening, St. Louis County Police said.
St. Louis County Police said the girl was shot when a purse fell off a kitchen table and a Cobra .38 inside the purse fired at about 6 p.m. The bullet hit the girl in her right leg.
