BEST IN CITY

Carol Costigan’s multiple gardens earned her the β€œBest in City” designation this year. Carol has turned a steep, sloping lot into multiple levels of sun and shade gardens. A peaceful waterfall drops into a charming, secluded pond in the backyard.

BEST CURB APPEAL

Dennis Green
The gardens at Dennis Green’s home are charming, full of interesting sights at each nook and cranny. Beds hold brightly colored annuals, perennials and even a charming wishing well. All these visual components earn Denny β€œBest Curb Appeal.”

BEST USE OF SMALL SPACE

St. Timothy's Episcopal Church
Small spaces can have a huge impact. In the center of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church is a Prayer Garden. The serene small space wows!

MOST OUTSTANDING TREES

Bradley Shanker
Tree perfection resides at Bradley Shanker’s home. The sheer quantity and quality of blue and green evergreens, deep crimson Japanese Maples and bright green Gingko trees overwhelm visually. The β€œMost Outstanding Trees” call themselves home here.

BEST CONTAINER

Creve Coeur Racquet Club
What do you do when you have tennis courts, pool decks and brick walks? You plant containers! Creve Coeur Racquet Club has containers beautifying all spaces that can’t be gardened. Huge containers of Elephant Ears, Santolina, Sunpatiens and β€œEyeball Plant” bring punch and color to these spaces and earn Creve Coeur Racquet Club β€œBest Container” status.
