The 4th-ranked Sooners open the 2012 season on the road against Texas-El Paso, and Neal is listed as the number 2 Wide Receiver, behind senior Justin Brown, a receiver who just transferred from Penn State over the summer. Patch will be keeping track of prep standouts from Creve Coeur area schools in their college careers throughout the college season.
