Creve Coeur City planners were operating on the belief that one large development project involving a senior care facility would come before the city late this summer.  , it will be the second assisted car facility to be reviewed this summer. Monday night a Public Hearing will be held to discuss Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC's plans for a 43,254 square foot, 4-story, 90-unit assisted living facility, on 693 Decker Lane, near in Creve Coeur. Colorado-based Spectrum operates faciliities in 11 states, including properties in Affton, Crestwood, Ellisville and Washington, MO. The project would require a Conditional Use permit to move forward. Monday's Planning and Zoning Commission meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the Creve Coeur Government Center. A final decision would come from City Council.
