Sandwiches and Restaurant Zoning On Monday's P&Z Agenda

A hearing on allowing bakeries on less than four acres in Creve Coeur will have to wait until next month.

A number of items related to specific restaurant and commercial development projects will come up for hearing and discussion at Monday night's Creve Coeur Planning and Zoning Commission.

  • Bellerive Plaza's owners will push for a change to the site's development plan so
  • The Shoppes at Westgate will make the case for eliminating the provision in city zoning codes which only allow 25 % of space in centers zoned "MX" (Mixed Use) to be considered eating and drinking space. A supplemental request submitted by The Shoppes at Westgate to allow retail bakeries on sites less than four acres in "MX" areas will be held next month.
