1) Feed Your Mind
Set a goal to learn something new each day.
2) Feed Your Body
Make sure to eat 3 balanced meals a day that include protein, vitamins, etc. Also, stay hydrated. What you put in your body impacts both your physical and mental health.

3) Move Your Body
Do some form of exercise for at least 20 minutes every day.
4) Get Outside
Fresh air and sunshine can positively impact your mood. It also helps you from feeling as if the walls are closing in on you.

5) Interact/Communicate With People
Preferably in real life and not on a screen or device. We are naturally wired to be social beings. Interacting/communicating with people can release positive chemicals in your brain.
It is definitely possible to complete more than one of these at the same time:
-Reading a book while eating breakfast on your front porch (that is #1, #2, #4)
-Going for a walk outside with a friend

-Having dinner on a restaurant patio with a friend
