Monday is the day the nation pauses to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Local, state and federal offices are closed. If you're aware of an event being held in the area in his memory, feel free to add it to our calendar of events. Later today, we'll look back at one event held over the weekend at .

Due to the holiday, the city of Creve Coeur's Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Tuesday night.

Tuesday is also the last day candidates for April's municipal elections can submit their petitions to be considered for the ballot.
