February 1, 2022

The National Weather Service is predicting a major winter storm event for our area, beginning in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb. 2, and continuing into Friday, Feb. 4. This is the biggest storm we’ve seen in a few years. Β Travel will be extremely difficult if not impossible in some areas. Β Very cold conditions will follow the storm which will not help clean up efforts and will be a concern for anyone that loses power. Β
