Police Blotter: Driver Charged With DWI After Fleeing Accident Scene

The following arrest information was supplied by the St. Louis County Police-Wildwood (6th) Precinct. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Traffic Crash

  • Police responded to a crash at Old State Road and Lakeshore Meadow. There was an injury. 
  • A crash took place at Shepard and Strecker on May 23. There were no injuries. 
Drug Violation
  • A traffic stop on May 23 at Westhampton Woods ended with an occupant being issued a summons for a drug and liquor violation.  Another occupant was arrested on a warrant.
  • Police responded to a crash involving a deer at Highway T and Highway 100.
Leaving the Scene 
  • A driver was located and charged with Driving While Intoxicated on May 23 after leaving an accident on Garden Valley Drive. 
DWI
  • A suspicious vehicle on Grover Ridge found the driver arrested for driving while intoxicated.
