Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) Action Event

On Monday Sept. 16, Organizing for Action MO volunteers will speak with residents about the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

The the Affordable Care Act is set to rollout beginning in early October and volunteers in Florissant are supposed to discuss how it will affect and or pose a benefit to taxpayers. 

The event is set at Saint Louis County Library, Florissant Valley Branch, located at 195 New Florissant Road. at 6 p.m.

Organizing for Action considers itself a non-profit, non-partisan organization "dedicated to advancing the policies that the American people voted for in 2012," according to its website. 

It is considered an offshoot of President Obama's 2012 campaign.
