Florissant Area Students Receive UMSL Dean's Award

The University of St. Louis (UMSL) College of Fine Arts and Communications awardedΒ Steven HaleΒ andΒ Jamel White of McCluer South-Berkeley, Merasha Kisart andΒ Ben Schultz ofΒ McCluer North, Destiney Speech of McCluer; andΒ Rachel Morgan of Hazelwood CentralΒ with theΒ Deanβs Award for Creative Achievement in the Arts.

On September 24thΒ on the campus of University of Missouri-St. Louis Rachel Morgan was presented a Deanβs Award. This award is given to outstanding juniors in high school that have exhibited outstanding achievements in fine arts (music, theatre, dance, drama or visual art). Rachel received a $1000 scholarship to UMSL and tickets to an upcoming production at the Touhill Performing Arts Center. I am attaching a picture of Rachel Morgan, Rev.
