Florissant Man Charged With Stealing Photos, Women's Underwear

The July 18 burglary was near the suspect's home.

A man was charged July 18 with stealing photos and undergarments from a neighbor’s house in the 2800 block of Holiday Hill Drive.

Adam Feigenbaum, 21, of the 2700 block of Holiday Hill Drive, faces second-degree burglary and stealing charges.

said in a report that he stole framed photos and women’s undergarments from a woman’s room in the home.

Bond was set at $7,500.
