Dozens of St. Louis-area Patch readers have submitted pictures of their pups in honor of National Puppy Day, which is today. Now, it's time for you to choose the cutest!

Patch has narrowed the field of 40 down to a handful. Take a look at their pictures and then vote in our poll! The voting period will be open until Sunday at 10 p.m. The winner will get bragging rights as St. Louis' cutest puppy!
