Aftermath: Tornado Wreaks Havoc on Howdershell Road at Chula

One of the areas hit hardest in Wednesday night's tornado was the area off Howdershell Road at Chula. Neighbors are helping each other out picking up limbs, covering roofs with tarp. Other area residents amazed at the damage are walking around taking photos.
