Police say Albert Bass Jr asked the homeowner for a cigarette before fleeing through a nearby field. Police caught him, saw signs he was drunk and gave him a Breathalyzer test.

One man pointed a gun at the door while three others forced their way into the home, punching and kicking another man, Ferguson Police reported.

The North County woman was charged with misdemeanor DWI, leaving an accident scene and third-degree assault.

Terrence E. Clark's white Chevy Malibu was captured on videotape at the shooting scene, and officers spotted him minutes later entering the interstate.

Two Charged With Murder of Man Found In January-Wabash Park

Investigators said the man was shot at the woman's home in Jennings and brought to the park in Ferguson.

Lorenzo Williams is the second person charged in the North County burglary and car theft in September.

Florissant Police said Joshua Cosby robbed J&N Market, a BP gas station and an Arby's restaurant in January and February.
