Hazelwood Industrial Sells for more than $3 Million

A pair of Hazelwood industrial properties located at 519 and 529 James S. McDonnell Blvd., recently sold for $3,295,740. That equates to $28.50 per sq.ft.

Welsh Companies sold the properties as a speculative investment to Colony Realty Partners, according to the CoStar Group report.

The properties total 115,640 sq.ft and are currently entirely vacant, which led to the low sales price. Plans for the property are unkown at this time, according to Marc Cacciarelli of CBRE, who represented the seller.
