You check out Hazelwood daily, but how well do you know what's going on in your community? 

Let's put it to the test. 

Each Monday, I will post an article with five questions about Hazelwood or news related to Hazelwood, and let you know what the weekly prize is.

The quiz includes four questions about news or sports from the week that we've posted on the site, and one other question, which could be trivia or history about Hazelwood.

KEEP IN MIND:

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia who are 18 and older.
• To enter, you must submit answers in the comments section. Please number them 1 through 5.
• You may enter once a week.
• The first person to respond with the most correct answers wins.
• The contest period opens on Monday each week. All entries must be received by Wednesday, 8 a.m. Central Time.
