Man Charged with Statutory Rapes in Hazelwood
Police said the man had sex with 16- and 15-year-old girls.
A Berkeley man was charged Saturday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with two counts of statutory rape.
said in a report that Lonnie O. Rice, 27, of the 300 block of Newell Drive in Berkeley, had sex with two girls who were under the age of 17 between May and December 2011.
According to the report, a 16-year-old girl told police that Rice had sex with her several times. A 15-year-old girl also told police Rice had sex with her.

Bond for Rice was set at $25,000.
