Parents Talk: Give Your Thoughts On The Casey Anthony Trial Not-Guilty Verdict
Now that a jury of her peers has found Casey Anthony to be not guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, do you feel the decision was just?
As a journalist and mother I am conflicted in hearing that Casey Anthony was found not guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
I lived in Florida when Caylee was reported missing and worked for a television news outlet near the area, where we covered the situation from the beginning.
At that time, I was not a mother but have since given birth to a son.

In my mind she was beyond guilty then, and when I became a mother it was solidified in my mind that no mother who really loved their child would behave the way she did in the days following Caylee's disappearance.
I was even more shocked to hear when the trial began, that Casey had accused her parents, who stood by her side throughout the whole process, of abusing her mentally and sexually.

Needless to say, my opinion is that she got away with murder.
That being said, I'd like to hear the viewpoint of other people out there. Parent or not, do you have a view on the Casey Anthony not guilty verdict?
