Police: Hazelwood Man Crashes Truck into House, Flees the Scene
The man drove a truck into a home near Plum Tree and Spring Forest lanes in May, causing $4,000 in damages, according to HPD.

A Hazelwood man faces criminal charges for fleeing the scene after he crashed his truck into a home May 12 near the intersection of Plum Tree and Spring Forest lanes.
Trevor J. Quinlisk, 22, of the 12600 block of Missouri Bottom Road in Hazelwood, was charged Friday with leaving the scene of an accident, a class D felony.
Hazelwood Police said that Quinlisk was driving on Plum Tree Lane in Hazelwood and left the roadway, striking a house and causing more than $4,000 in damages. He drove away without leaving information, but was identified by witnesses, police said.

Quinlisk posted 10 percent of a $5,000 bond and was released from St. Louis County jail.
