Public Hearings Set for Wednesday on Changing Parts of Hazelwood's Zoning Codes

will convene Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., to discuss city business. Council will meet in its chambers at Hazelwood City Hall.

City manager Edwin Carlstrom will discuss and make recommendations to city council on:

• Awarding a contract to purchase a 16' Mower
• Adoption of the 2012 International Building Codes
• Adoption of an amended Emergency Operations Plan
• Bid award to construct a retaining wall at
• Bid award to install an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) on exterior walls of

City Council has several items up for final vote including:

• Bill 4305 - Authorizing Supplemental Cooperation Agreement No. 2012
• Bill 4306 - Authorizing a Contract for Replacement of City Hall Skylights
• Bill 4307 - Authorizing the Issuance, Sale and Delivery of General Obligation Refunding Bonds
• Bill 4308 - Authorizing an Investment Banking Agreement for Financial
  Advisory Services

There will be a public hearing regarding approval of a land used permit for a new adult day care center of the Campus.

There will also be a few public hearings regarding some changes to the city's codes of ordinances regarding zoning regulations, appealing administrative decisions on zoning issues, and changing the time limits for re-application of a denied zoning request or expired approval.
