Sandy Weber Elected New North County Incorporated Chair

Weber works as vice president and district director for US Bank, and her one year term began January 1.

 (NCI), the area's regional development center, recently announced that its Board of Directors has selected Sandy Weber to serve as the new chairwoman of the board.

She will be succeeding Patty Gould, who is the Pattonville School District's school and business partnership director. Here one year term began January 1.

“Sandy Weber has been an active member of the NCI Board of Directors and the community," Gould said in a statement. "Her background knowledge and life experiences in North County will be an asset as the incoming Board Chair for North County Inc.

"I look forward to her leading the charge for the organization."

Weber works as vice president and district director for US Bank. She has worked in the banking industry for more than 30 years and has lived in the North County area her entire life.

“U.S. Bank has been involved with NCI since its inception because it serves as the voice for North County," she said in a statement. "I am totally committed to advancing their scope of work which includes providing a connection to a network of the key leaders needed to build collaborative partnerships necessary to sustain and improve our residential and business environment.”  

The NCI Board of Directors also named several new board members for 2012. NCI’s in-coming board members for 2012 are Mayor James Knowles III, City of Ferguson; Dr. Art McCoy, Ferguson-Florissant School District; and Justin Naber, Fred Weber Inc.

Based in the , North County Incorporated was founded in 1977 and represents the 47 municipalities and unincorporated area in North St. Louis County. NCI is an advocate for  economic and community development for North St. Louis County.
