While there's no pay involved, you'll get to put your valuable views on a site that is increasingly serving as a community hub. And since we're part of the Huffington Post Media Group, we may occasionally be able to put your submission in front of a huge audience. You can write as often (or as infrequently) as you'd like, though we'd love it if you’d come back again and again.
Patch won't own what you post. You are using Patch just as you would any other blogging platform, so you can repost your entries to your other blogs. Patch also takes no stance to the right or left as it pertains to politics, but you are free to express your opinions as a blogger.
Be interesting. Be provocative. Be yourself.Â
My role as editor would be to review blog entries submitted to Hazelwood Patch ensuring there are no libelous claims. I might correct obvious typos, too.
