Coldwater Creek: State Health Department Investigating Cancer Cluster Instances: Due to public concern, the Missouri Health Department has teamed up with the University of Missouri to compile statistics on instances of cancer in North County.

Kyle McClellan's Shoulder Causing Problems in Texas: The Texas Rangers will give the North County native additional rest before he tries to throw in the bullpen again. McClellan had to end Sunday’s bullpen session early.

Florissant City Council Backs Grant Form for Old Town Improvements: The application would request for federal government support from the East-West Gateway Council of Governments.

Hazelwood Considering New 'No U-Turn' Signs on North Lindbergh: Hazelwood City Manager Edwin Carlstrom said since MoDOT created a new intersection at the off-ramp of eastbound I-270 and North Lindbergh, U-Turn instances have increased.

New Law: Florissant City Council Approves Lower Residential Lodge Rate: The council also approved a number of other bills and postponed one in its latest council meeting.

A Muslim School is Opening in Hazelwood at Dar AlJalal Islamic Center: The primary school will be located on the second floor of the Mosque. According to Dar AlJalal's website, there is only one other Muslim school in the Greater St. Louis Area.

Florissant Teen Escapes Scary Car Crash in West Alton: The 17-year-old was driving on Route 67 when he drove off the side of the road, hit a pole and overturned his car.

Coldwater Creek: Federal Judge Audrey G. Fleissig Names Lead Counsel In Litigation: TorHoerman Law has been appointed in the Coldwater Creek case to act on behalf of all the North County residents seeking to hold companies responsible for mishandling the storage and transportation of radioactive waste.
