The city of Rock Hill will begin road construction on North Rock Hill Road from Manchester Road to Bismark Avenue beginning Monday, according to the City of Rock Hill.
The road will be open to traffic during construction. Drivers should expect traffic delays and detours during construction. Construction is expected to take several months.
Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes including Berry Avenue and Brentwood Boulevard to Kirkham Avenue to access the area.
