Sewer District backs up with anger in this case

MSD is one of the most evil organizations in the U.S. They still have not paid back the money they stole with their self imposed "storm water" tax that the courts stopped. If I ran my business that poorly I would be eating food scraps dug out of trash cans.

Where there's smoke, there's heated debate
Smoking bans decrease total revenues, fact! Most smokers are loyal, reliable, long-staying patrons of bars, pubs and nightclubs. If a ban is allowed, it will hurt the whole county economy. If you don't like smoke at a bar, don't attend! If smoking bans were so revenue positve you'd see people opening non-smoking bars.

Good for catching him. All crimes of this should be given the fullest penalties. He should get the full 20 years in prison, fined $250,000, plus full restitution with interest. Maybe just maybe we would not have as much of this kind of stuff going on. By the way strip him of his license never to practice again. Our system goes too lightly on people like this.

Math pairs up with cybercrime
I’ve been telling people for 14 years that those math-heavy encryption algorithms at RSA et al, touted by “experts” like Bruce Schneier and the other guys from cypherpunks, are not secure. Those codes were broken easily years ago by attacks.

Indeed, what is happening to society?

Only a mile from my home and by Heman Park. Any gunfire is unacceptable. I hope witnesses help the police.
