At 1:04 p.m., warrants were issued by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charging Allison Reed, 21, of the 1200 block of Andrew Drive in Glendale with one count of possession of controlled substance – heroin, a class C felony. The warrant originated from an incident in the 1200 block of Andrew Drive on Nov. 12, 2011. The delay in the issuance of formal charges was due to a backlog of analysis cases at the crime lab.
