Jeremy Maclin has established a Mizzou football scholarship that rewards student athletes for their academic performance and community service.
Jeremy Maclin, graduate turned NFL superstar, has established a new scholarship at Mizzou that aims to provide the college football experience to high school student athletes, preferably those from Kirkwood.
The Jeremy Maclin Football Scholarship will give preference to a student athlete from Kirkwood High School as well to one who has demonstrated financial hardship, Missourinet reports. Missourinet quotes Maclin as saying his time at Mizzou was "life-changing."
