POLL RESULTS: Readers Split on Kirkwood High School Covering Cost of ACT

We are asking readers about whether they support Kirkwood High School covering the cost of all juniors to take the ACT test once each year. So far, readers seem divided on the issue.

A Patch poll indicates that readers are split when it comes to Kirkwood High School's desire to offer the ACT test to the entire junior class for free.

The move would cost $17,000 annually and allow all juniors to take the test once during the school year. (See: .)

We wanted to hear your opinion, so we polled readers if they support funding for the effort. Of the 41 readers who have responded to the poll so far, 24 said no and 17 said yes.
