The question came to mind the other day during a drive down Peeke Avenue. Seeing this backhoe atop a dirt pile, I was reminded of one of my favorite books, Are You My Mother?
This backhoe, or what author and illustrator P. D. Eastman would call a "snort," is helping in the the construction of a custom built home at 135 Peeke Ave.
The home is estimated to be completed in May and will be priced at $625,000, according to custom home builders Kingbridge Homes.
