Signs are popping up along Simmons Avenue in Kirkwood, by residents opposed to the on the Run expansion at 11136 Manchester Rd.

Residents believe the project displaces local businesses, increases traffic, trash and noise along Manchester Road and adjacent residential streets, and poses a safety threat to pedestrians and homeowners in the nearby residential areas.
